Dr. Diana E. Miner is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and forensic psychology specialist with over two decades of experience. Her career bridges clinical treatment, cognitive assessment, and legal consultation—giving her a distinctive ability to support both private clients and legal professionals.

Dr. Miner holds a PhD in Neuropsychology and master’s degrees in both Neuroscience and Psychology. Her work is rooted in evidence-based practices, delivered with warmth, clarity, and a deep respect for every individual she serves.

Giulia Arianna

Giulia graduated from Sacred Heart University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, she completed extensive coursework in Behavioral Neuroscience, Research and Design, Child Development, Forensic Psychology, and Clinical Psychology. Through her coursework, she built a strong understanding of psychology, research methods, and effective practices for working with diverse populations. She also gained experience with assessment procedures through her school psychology internship, further strengthening her skills in evaluation and applied practice.

Giulia plans to pursue graduate studies in School Psychology, where she aims to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development within educational settings. She is passionate about helping children and adolescents succeed through assessment and support.

  • I am a member of the American Psychological Association, American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology and the American Academy of Forensic Psychology.

  • My main interests are in the neurobiological underpinnings of neurological and psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, Traumatic Brain Injury and the various degenerative disorders such as Alzheimer's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. I also perform return to work and fitness for duty evaluations, hardship evaluations for immigration and IME's.  I provide forensic case consultation and review for attorneys and serve as a consultant to various school districts in NY and CT, and to residential programs. I have worked in a variety of academic, hospital, and private settings in multidisciplinary teams and held leadership positions in rehabilitation facilities and behavioral health companies.
